Create & Elevate payment plan transacts a deposit of $495 today to secure your place, then a monthly instalment of $685 per month, for the next 6 months. Your first instalment is due 2 weeks after your deposit that is paid today.

Due to the premium nature of this program there are no refunds. Signing up commits you to a 6 month program. Should you cancel during the 6 months, at the time you cancel the system will charge all remaining payments as one, to finalise your account balance.

Program includes a maximum of fortnightly coaching calls - these are flexible and can be scheduled every 3 or 4 weeks if preferred. Regardless of the frequency of your coaching calls, your program starts on the date of your Deep Dive Strategy Session and ends precisely 6 calendar months later. There are no extensions for any reason.
